Enter your legal name, commission or license number, commission state, business information, and required terms acceptance.

Use New Act to enter the signer, identification, document, financial, and signing-location information.

Add the signature and any thumbprint information required by the applicable state rules.

Use Save As Draft when information is incomplete. Drafts remain separate from locked journal records.

Submit checks required information before confirmation. Once locked, the official journal record is intended to be permanent.

Use the journal send option to create a formatted PDF that can be emailed, printed, saved, or shared
