Enter your legal name, commission or license number, commission state, business information, and accept the required Disclaimer and Terms of Use.
Confirm the journal, identification, fee, retention, signature, and thumbprint requirements that apply to your commission.

Use Practice Entry before your first live appointment if you want to rehearse the New Act workflow.

Enter signer details, identification, document information, fees, signing location, signature, and any required thumbprint.

Use Submit to validate the required information before confirming the official journal record.

Use Journal for locked records, Drafts for unfinished work, and Lock Data whenever you leave the device unattended.
Make sure your required Profile information is complete and that you understand the current rules of your commissioning authority before using One Ledger as your active journal.
